Basketball Recap: East Surry Comes Up Short

East Surry suffered their biggest defeat since November 27, 2024 on Friday. They came up short against the North Wilkes Vikings, falling 64-42. The Cardinals have struggled against the Vikings recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

East Surry's loss dropped their record down to 21-6. As for North Wilkes, the win (which was their 18th in a row) raised their record to 25-1.

As of now, neither East Surry nor North Wilkes have any future games scheduled.
