Basketball Recap: Beth Tfiloh Sets Scoring Season-High Against Sts. Peter & Paul

Beth Tfiloh scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 77-68 to the Sts. Peter & Paul Sabres. The Warriors were probably out for revenge after losing 68-58 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Garret Hemingway was his usual excellent self, putting up 43 points for Sts. Peter & Paul. Hemingway's evening made it 16 games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Porter Bishop was another key player, earning 11 points.

Beth Tfiloh's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-5. As for Sts. Peter & Paul, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-8.
