Football Game Preview: Northwest Christian Wolverines vs. Ocosta Wildcats + How To Watch

The Northwest Christian Wolverines will head out on the road to challenge the Ocosta Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Northwest Christian is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Washington's top teams: Wahkiakum, who was ranked second at the time (Northwest Christian was ranked 15th). The Wolverines had to suffer through a 54-22 loss at the hands of the Mules. The Wolverines were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 46-6.

Meanwhile, Ocosta fell victim to Naselle and their airtight defense on Saturday. They were dealt a 40-0 loss at the hands of the Comets. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Comets recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Ocosta's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Northwest Christian, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 4-3.

Northwest Christian was taken down by Ocosta 57-0 in their previous matchup back in September of 2022. Can the Wolverines avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
