Sheehan and Lyman Hall are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2019, but likely not for long. The Titans will venture away from home to take on the Trojans at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Sheehan fell victim to Amity Regional and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Spartans, falling 9-0. The Titans have struggled against the Spartans recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Meanwhile, Lyman Hall didn't have quite enough to beat East Haven on Thursday and fell 4-2. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sheehan couldn't quite get it done against Lyman Hall when the teams last played back in April of 2024 as they fell 7-2. Can the Titans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
