Softball Recap: Chester County Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Chester County's offense. They came up short against the McNairy Central Bobcats on Thursday, falling 10-0. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Bobcats: they've now lost six in a row.

Chester County now has a losing record of 18-19. As for McNairy Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-6-2 record this season.

Chester County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for McNairy Central, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 12-1 victory against Lexington on the 7th.
