Volleyball Recap: Hesston Extends Winning Streak to Four

It's playoff time, and Hesston had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Neodesha Blue Streaks by a score of 2-0 on Monday. Winning may never get old, but the Swathers sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Hesston never let Neodesha on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-14.

Jacy Proctor paced Hesston's offense, picking up 11 kills. Proctor got some help from Addyson 'AJ' Reif and her 20 assists. Reif also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Tessa Martin, each putting up three.

Hesston's win bumped their record up to 24-12. As for Neodesha, their defeat dropped their record down to 32-8.

As of now, neither Hesston nor the Blue Streaks have any future games scheduled.
