Grovetown is 6-1 against Rockdale County since January of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Grovetown Warriors will face off against the Rockdale County Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. Grovetown knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matches -- so hopefully Rockdale County likes a good challenge.

Last Friday, Grovetown came up short against Newton and fell 65-57. The Warriors have struggled against the Rams recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Rockdale County didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Heritage on Saturday, but they still walked away with a 55-51 win. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 103rd, while the Patriots are ranked 222nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Rockdale County's victory bumped their record up to 14-11. As for Grovetown, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-11.

Everything came up roses for Grovetown against Rockdale County in their previous meeting last Friday, as the squad secured a 78-50 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Grovetown since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
