Tustin scored the most runs they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of the West Covina Bulldogs by a score of 10-9. The Tillers just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Anthony Herrera and Daniel Benally stepped up to the plate in a big way. Herrera scored a run while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, while Benally went 1-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That triple marked the first that Benally hit this season. Dylan Benally was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.

Tustin's loss dropped their record down to 2-7-1. As for West Covina, their record is now 6-4.

Tustin has already played their next contest, an 8-1 defeat against Fullerton on the 25th. As for West Covina, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 10-6 loss against Monrovia on the 24th.
