Soccer Game Preview: Fayetteville Christian vs. The O'Neal School

The Fayetteville Christian Warriors will face off against The O'Neal School at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Fayetteville Christian barely beat Village Christian Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Fayetteville Christian put the hurt on Village Christian Academy with a sharp 5-1 victory on Wednesday. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 4-0.

Meanwhile, The O'Neal School had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Knights as they made off with a 5-1 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Falcons considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.

The O'Neal School now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Fayetteville Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.
