Volleyball Recap: Milpitas Takes a Loss

After flying high against Eastside College Prep last Monday, Milpitas came back down to earth. The Trojans came up short against the Palo Alto Vikings on Thursday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Monday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-21, 25-19.

Milpitas' loss dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Palo Alto, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-4.

Coming up, Milpitas will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Silver Creek at 6:45 p.m. As for Palo Alto, they will square off against Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory at 8:00 a.m. on the 12th.
