Football Game Recap: Falconer/Cassadaga Valley vs. Chautauqua Lake/Westfield

Falconer/Cassadaga Valley gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They had enough points to win and then some against Chautauqua Lake/Westfield, taking their matchup 32-13.

The victory got Falconer/Cassadaga Valley out to a 1-0 start for the season. The loss dropped Chautauqua Lake/Westfield back to even at 1-1.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Falconer/Cassadaga Valley take on Allegany-Limestone at 7:00 PM. Allegany-Limestone had less luck in their last match and are out to reverse Falconer/Cassadaga Valley's good fortune. Chautauqua Lake/Westfield will be staying on the road, facing off against Franklinville/Ellicottville/West Valley Central.
