Baseball Game Preview: Pine Bluff Zebras vs. Fordyce Redbugs

For the second straight game, Pine Bluff will face off against Fordyce. Pine Bluff is taking a road trip to take on Fordyce at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pine Bluff has given up an average of 19 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Pine Bluff was handed a 15-run defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Monday. They had just enough and edged out Fordyce 13-12.

Kylin Sims was incredible, scoring four runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. Those four runs gave him a new career-high. Sedrick Pridgeon Jr. also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Pine Bluff's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-9. As for Fordyce, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 5-4.
