Volleyball Recap: Beloit Memorial Takes a Loss

Beloit Memorial managed to slip by Elkhorn the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Purple Knights lost 3-0 to the Elks on Tuesday. The Purple Knights' loss continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row dating back to last season.

Beloit Memorial took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-11, 25-18.

Beloit Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Elkhorn, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-4.

Looking ahead, Beloit Memorial will take on Rockford Christian in a tournament on Saturday. As for Elkhorn, they will venture away from home to take on Westosha Central at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
