Softball Recap: Gladwin Takes a Loss

Gladwin lost to Ogemaw Heights on Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Flying G's came up short against the Falcons, falling 19-2. The Flying G's have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

AvaKay Hilts was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI.

Gladwin's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Ogemaw Heights, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Coming up, Gladwin will face off against Tawas Area at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Flying G's pitchers better be ready for this one: the Braves have averaged an impressive 7 runs per game this season.
