Collingswood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against the Pennsville Memorial Eagles, falling 47-14.

Collingswood's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was John Antrilli, who threw for 165 yards and two touchdowns on only ten passes. A healthy portion of Antrilli's aerial production (109 yards to be exact) went to Yon Anderson, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

Collingswood's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Pennsville Memorial, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Collingswood is on the road again on Saturday to play Gateway Regional at 3:00 p.m. As for Pennsville Memorial, they will head out to challenge Burlington City at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Pennsville Memorial will be hoping to continue their four-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.
