Basketball Recap: Lake Forest Takes a Loss

After flying high against Milford on Thursday, Lake Forest came back down to earth. The Lake Forest Spartans took a 50-34 bruising from the Early College Hornets on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Spartans in their matchups with the Hornets: they've now lost six in a row.

Lake Forest's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Early College, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-6.

Lake Forest will head out to face off against Early College at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Early College has already played their next match, a 68-38 win against William Penn on the 1st.
