Basketball Recap: Noah Gloor's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Higley over Williams Field

Higley was the 75-65 winner over Williams Field when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Higley Knights took a 59-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Williams Field Black Hawks.

Higley lost on Wednesday despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Noah Gloor, who posted 16 points along with five assists and three steals. His evening made it ten games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points. Brayden Hatcher was another key player, putting up seven points in addition to six boards and three steals.

Higley's defeat dropped their record down to 19-6. As for Williams Field, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 16-8.

As of now, neither Higley nor Williams Field have any future games scheduled.
