Basketball Recap: Mogadore's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Mogadore entered their tilt with Northwest on Monday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They snuck past the Northwest Indians with a 37-31 victory. The 37-point effort marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Amelia Morris was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 15 points and 11 boards.

Mogadore smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in 36 consecutive contests dating back to last season.

Mogadore's win bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Northwest, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-2.
