Football Game Preview: Grafton/St. Thomas/Drayton vs. Turtle Mountain

Grafton/St. Thomas/Drayton have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They take on Turtle Mountain at 7:00 PM. Grafton/St. Thomas/Drayton come in off of three low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse.

Things haven't been easy for Grafton/St. Thomas/Drayton, and their matchup last Friday only extended their streak of losses to three. They fell to Devils Lake/Minnewaukan 8-16.

Meanwhile, after flying high against Watford City two weeks ago, Turtle Mountain came back down to earth. Turtle Mountain have to be aching after a bruising 8-34 defeat to Central Cass last Friday. Turtle Mountain's low-scoring defeat was the unsatisfying follow-up to their high-scoring outing the game before.

With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Neither squad could put together much of an offensive attack, so expect every point to count.
