Soccer Recap: Timberlane Comes Up Short

Timberlane was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Manchester Memorial Crusaders, falling 7-1. If Timberlane were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to Manchester Memorial when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Timberlane's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Manchester Memorial, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Timberlane will venture away from home to take on Bishop Guertin at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Manchester Memorial, they will face off against Nashua North at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Manchester Memorial will be up against Nashua North's rather soft defense (which has allowed three goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
