West Sabine is 9-1 against Colmesneil since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Tigers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for West Sabine and eight for Colmesneil.

On Thursday, West Sabine didn't have quite enough to beat Hemphill and fell 3-1. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by exactly two runs.

West Sabine saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cayson McBride, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double. Laken Quick also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Meanwhile, Colmesneil came up short against Hemphill on Tuesday and fell 9-5.

West Sabine's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Colmesneil, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-19.

Everything went West Sabine's way against Colmesneil in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as West Sabine made off with a 13-1 win. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
