Basketball Recap: Headland Comes Up Short

Headland lost against Eufaula back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Headland Rams opened the new year with a less-than-successful 31-24 loss to the Eufaula Tigers. The Rams' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Headland's record now sits at 9-6. As for Eufaula, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-4.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Carroll the next time they take the court. Headland will head out to face Carroll at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Eufaula will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on January 10th.
