Softball Recap: Kingston Wins Going Away Against Bainbridge

Kingston won the last time they faced Bainbridge and things went their way on Thursday too. The Buccaneers were the clear victors by a 25-3 margin over the Spartans. The Buccaneers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matches by six runs or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Kingston and bumps their season record up to 4-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games. As for Bainbridge, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Kingston will face off against Granite Falls at 12:00 p.m. on the 12th. As for Bainbridge, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on North Mason at 4:00 p.m. on the 14th.
