Baseball Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

Roosevelt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 23rd straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 24-0 to the North Dallas Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-0 last Tuesday.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for North Dallas, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-7.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Roosevelt is set to square off against their familiar foe Pinkston at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, North Dallas will face off against rival Kimball at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
