Volleyball Recap: Chilton Takes a Loss

Chilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Rosebud-Lott Cougars. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pirates of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-11.

Chilton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Rosebud-Lott, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-0.

Coming up, Chilton will take on Riesel at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. As for Rosebud-Lott, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Bremond on the 16th.
