Baseball Recap: Mansueto Takes a Loss

The Mansueto Leopards lost 19-5 to the Hancock Eagles on Thursday.

Mijayl Bonilla was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base. Angelo Resendiz also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Mansueto's loss dropped their record down to 1-5-1. As for Hancock, they pushed their record up to 8-10 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mansueto will head out to take on Pritzker on the 26th. As for Hancock, they will venture away from home to face off against Hyde Park at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
