Sheridan had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 34.7 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 26-21 W against the Twin Bridges Falcons. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Falcons, too.

Twin Bridges' defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Flint Janzen, who punched in one rushing score, and also caught one touchdown. An impressive showing, but Janzen really ramped things up playing D: he picked up three sacks and made 13 total tackles.

Sheridan's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Twin Bridges, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-5.

Looking ahead, Sheridan will challenge St. Regis at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Panthers will need to watch out since the Tigers have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. Twin Bridges does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
