Leading Edge Academy - GEC proved they can win big on Friday (they won by 21) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Glendale Prep Academy Griffins, sneaking past 69-67. The win was familiar territory for the Spartans who have now won five matches in a row.

Leading Edge Academy - GEC has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.1 points per game. As for Glendale Prep Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Leading Edge Academy - GEC will face off against Bisbee at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bisbee is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.9 points per game this season. As for Glendale Prep Academy, they will challenge Mohave Accelerated at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
