Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask McLean). They put the hurt on the South County Stallions with a sharp 7-1 win on Wednesday. The victory was nothing new for McLean as they're now sitting on five straight.

McLean's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-1-1. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those four games. As for South County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McLean will welcome George C. Marshall at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for South County, they will host West Springfield at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
