 Legacy won the last time they faced Erie, and things went their way  on Monday too. Everything went the Legacy Lightning's way against the Erie Tigers as the Legacy Lightning made off with  a  9-2 win.
  Christopher Jewett looked comfortable as he  pitched four innings while giving up just two earned runs off   four  hits.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Lucas Kelenhoffer, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3. Another player making a difference was  KC Reiser, who  went 2-for-2 with a  double.
 On Erie's side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Taylor McMaster, who  scored a  run while going 3-for-3.
 Legacy's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Erie, they have  not been sharp recently as the team has  lost three of their last four matches,  which put a noticeable dent in their 7-6 record  this season.
 Legacy will head out on the road to  challenge  Rocky Mountain at 1:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Rocky Mountain is coming into the  game with five straight  wins at home,  so Legacy will have to stop a  team with plenty of momentum. Erie will take on Fairview at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Erie is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 6.2  runs per game  this season.
