Basketball Recap: Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy Takes a Loss

Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Dunham Tigers, falling 52-26. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 287th, while the Tigers are ranked 123rd).

Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Dunham, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy will host Crowley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Dunham has already played their next contest, a 63-45 win against Cabrini on the 4th.
