StoneBridge strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They put the hurt on the Deep Creek Hornets with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Cavaliers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hornets, too.

StoneBridge never let Deep Creek on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-10, 25-13.

Payton Weatherford paced StoneBridge's offense, picking up ten kills. Weatherford got some help from Selah Telfer and her 16 assists. Weatherford was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

StoneBridge's win bumped their record up to 7-0.
