Maxwell won the last time they faced Anselmo-Merna and things went their way on Saturday too. The Wildcats walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Coyotes. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Emory Christensen paced Maxwell's offense, picking up four kills. Christensen really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with seven. Madelynn Nelson controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Maxwell's win bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Anselmo-Merna, with the defeat, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 8-7.

Maxwell didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Brady on the 27th. As for Anselmo-Merna, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Arthur County on the 27th.
