Soccer Game Preview: Everett vs. Sexton

The Everett Vikings will venture away from home to challenge the Sexton Big Reds at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Sexton took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Everett, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, Everett beat Williamston 3-1.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Sexton's offense. They lost 5-0 to Eaton Rapids on Tuesday. Sexton have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Sexton's loss dropped their record down to 5-3-1. As for Everett, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Everett took their victory against Sexton when the teams last played back in August of 2023 by a conclusive 4-1 score. Will the Vikings repeat their success, or do the Big Reds have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
