The St. Joseph's Catholic Knights will square off against the Carolina Academy Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. St. Joseph's Catholic is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5.6 goals per game this season.

St. Joseph's Catholic's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed last Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 7-0 margin over Palmetto. Considering the Knights have won four contests by more than three goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Palmetto from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Meghan Noonan led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Carolina Academy fell victim to Powdersville and their airtight defense last Thursday. They lost 8-0 to the Patriots. The Trojans have struggled against the Patriots recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meetings.

Carolina Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for St. Joseph's Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

St. Joseph's Catholic took their win against Carolina Academy in their previous matchup two weeks ago by a conclusive 12-0. Does St. Joseph's Catholic have another victory up their sleeve, or will Carolina Academy turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
