Basketball Recap: Jim Hill Comes Up Short

Jim Hill lost against Forest Hill on January 7th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Jim Hill Tigers came up short against the Forest Hill Patriots, falling 61-35.

Jim Hill has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-9 record this season. As for Forest Hill, they moved to 6-16 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Jim Hill and Forest Hill could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Mississippi Rankings. Jim Hill will square off against Terry at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday down 94 places (120 vs. 26). Meanwhile, Forest Hill (ranked 149th) will meet West Jones (ranked 29th) at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
