Nichols extended the longest winning streak in Section 6 Freelance this week by beating Finney/Northstar Christian Academy, 49-16. The win marks fifth in a row for the the Vikings.
Nichols took down the Falcons 49-16 last week, the largest margin of any game. Liam Ryan threw for 104 yards and three touchdowns and ran for one yards in the win.
Nichols' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Vikings feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Ryan has thrown for 445 yards and eight touchdowns this season, while Adam Noonan has eight catches for 183 yards. Noonan leads the league in rushing with 1059 yards.
Colin Brinson's team made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,839 from 10,011. The improvement came about via a 49-16 victory over Finney/Northstar Christian Academy last week.
