Grayson County had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.1 runs) and they went ahead and made it eight on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the George Wythe Maroons with a sharp 12-6 win. Considering the Blue Devils have won eight games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Grayson County pushed their record up to 11-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for George Wythe, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grayson County will take on Galax at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for George Wythe, they will challenge Auburn at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
