Volleyball Recap: Jeffersontown Comes Up Short

Jeffersontown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Central Yellow Jackets. The Chargers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Yellow Jackets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2017.

Jeffersontown's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Central, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Jeffersontown will take on Waggener at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Central, they will head out to face off against Pleasure Ridge Park at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
