Softball Recap: Hall Comes Up Short

Hall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 11-4 to the Rock Falls Rockets.

Leah Pelka was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. She also hit a double, marking her first of the season.

Hall's record is now 0-4. As for Rock Falls, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coming up, Hall will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Rockridge at 4:30 p.m. As for Rock Falls, they will head out to challenge Kewanee at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Rock Falls is facing Kewanee at the right time seeing as Kewanee is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
