After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Franklin County, Port Gibson was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Natchez Bulldogs. The victory continues a trend for the Blue Waves in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won four in a row.

The win got Port Gibson back to even at 5-5. As for Natchez, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Port Gibson will face off against Jefferson County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Natchez, they will take on Brookhaven at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
