Basketball Game Preview: Gibsland-Coleman Bulldogs vs. Claiborne Christian Crusaders

The Gibsland-Coleman Bulldogs will face off against the Claiborne Christian Crusaders at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Last Tuesday, Gibsland-Coleman lost to Ruston on the road by a 66-48 margin. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Bearcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Claiborne Christian got the win against Calvin on Tuesday by a conclusive 78-57. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 20 points or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Claiborne Christian and bumps their season record up to 16-12. As for Gibsland-Coleman, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-15.

Everything went Gibsland-Coleman's way against Claiborne Christian in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, as Gibsland-Coleman made off with a 78-53 victory.
