Baseball Recap: St. Anthony Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for St. Anthony's offense. They lost 10-0 to the St. John's Northwestern Military Academy Lancers on Monday. The loss leaves the Roman Legion still looking for their first win of the season.

St. Anthony's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for St. John's Northwestern Military Academy, their record now sits at 2-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Anthony will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on St. Francis at 4:30 p.m. on May 8. As for St. John's Northwestern Military Academy, they will venture away from home to square off against East Troy at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. The Lancers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Trojans have averaged an impressive 8.4 runs per game this season.
