Volleyball Recap: Boswell Takes a Loss

Boswell was the 2-1 winner over Northwest when they last played one another back in August of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Pioneers fell 2-0 to the Texans on Thursday. The Pioneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-15.

Jillian Smith paced Boswell's offense, picking up five kills. Smith were helped by Brooklynn Williams and Emma Stuhr, who contributed five assists each.

Boswell's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Northwest, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Boswell will host Garland at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Northwest, they will face off against Keller at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
