Basketball Recap: Eastern Continues Home Dominance on Friday

Eastern won the last time they faced Oak Hill and things went their way on Friday too. The Eastern Eagles walked away with a 58-46 win over the Oak Hill Oaks. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Eastern pushed their record up to 11-2 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.1 points per game. As for Oak Hill, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-5 record.

Coincidentally, Eastern and Oak Hill will both be playing Symmes Valley the next time they take the court. Eastern will host Symmes Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, while Oak Hill will host them at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
