Baseball Recap: Delta Drops Season-High Score on Eastbrook

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Delta). They were the clear victors by a 20-2 margin over the Eastbrook Panthers on Monday. With that win, the Eagles brought their scoring average up to 6.9 runs per game.

Kaeb Stebbins looked comfortable as he pitched 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Chase Flannery, who fired off two home runs and eight RBI while going 3-for-4. He also scored two runs, marking his first of the season.
