Basketball Recap: Park Rapids Takes a Loss

Park Rapids lost against Frazee back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Park Rapids Panthers came up short against the Frazee Hornets, falling 83-59.

Park Rapids' defeat was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Frazee, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Park Rapids Panthers take on the Staples-Motley Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. on January 24th. As for Frazee, they will venture away from home to square off against Menahga at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Menahga will roll in looking for their 13th straight win, something Frazee surely won't give up without a fight.
