Recap: Milton Black Panthers vs. Warrior Run Defenders
The Milton Black Panthers had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.3 points), and they went ahead and made it nine on Friday. They strolled past Warrior Run with points to spare, taking the game 33-14. Given Milton's advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania football rankings (they are ranked 171st, while Warrior Run is ranked 380th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Warrior Run's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performance. Perhaps the best among them was Samuel Hall, who picked up 116 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Milton's win was their sixth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 9-1. As for Warrior Run, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.
Milton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Warrior Run also has no future games currently scheduled.
