Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Berlin). They took their game on Wednesday with ease, bagging a 66-34 victory over the Platt Panthers. Winning may never get old, but the Redcoats sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Berlin's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Katie Litwinko, who went 8 of 10 en route to 17 points and six boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooke Walker, who posted nine points along with eight rebounds and five assists.

Berlin smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in four consecutive contests.

Berlin pushed their record up to 12-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points per game. As for Platt, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Berlin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 67-52 loss against Southington on the 30th. As for Platt, they will host Rocky Hill at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
