Volleyball Recap: Proviso East Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Proviso East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Westmont Sentinels. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pirates of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2016.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-12.

Proviso East's defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Westmont, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 16-5.

Proviso East has already played their next match (against Josephinum), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Westmont, they will face off against Elmwood Park at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
